Easter Morning with Bunny Surprises

The Easter Bunny did in fact find his way to our house.  Lily Grace woke to a basket filled with books, a big cookie, eggs filled with goodies and a new Candyland Game.  The Easter Bunny also brought her a new wood cottage for the backyard.  Daddy has special instructions from the Easter Bunny to put it together.  Perhaps the Easter Bunny will also put in a good word with Mother Nature so that we can enjoy that cottage soon!

Lily Grace has rummaged through her basket several times and we have all played Candyland.  She loves her new game and chances are, we will all be really good at it by bedtime tonight. HA!

 We certainly hope everyone has a wonderful Easter filled with memories and rejoicing- for Christ has risen!!

Special Delivery

The frame to Lily Grace's big girl bed arrived this afternoon.  She was so excited.  It's a miracle she didn't rub a hole in the nightstand.  She has always been so interested in mine and Matt's and now she has her very own.  We aren't putting the lamp on hers for now.  She has a touch lamp, so that's probably all the explanation needed for that decision.  HA!

After posing for a few pictures in her pajamas, saying prayers and snuggling up with daddy for a bedtime story, she is asleep.  Hopefully all of her dreams are as sweet as she is.
